FAQ

  • What are your hours? We operate strictly on reservations during Tuesday-Friday, 12 PM - 9 PM Saturday & Sunday (times vary based on weather & reservations). We are closed on Mondays.
  • Where are you located? We are located at 1402 Hutchins Street Houston TX 77003 on the east side of downtown.
  • What are the rental requirments? You must be 18 with a valid drivers license. No Identification Cards Accepted. 
  • What are your freelance rental rates? Our rental rate are $39.95 per hour with $5 off each additional hour or you can rent for $200 open to close. 
  • What are your guided tour rates? Our one hour guided tour is $69.95 and $99.95 for the 2 hour guided tour.
  • Is there a deposit and what does it cover? Each bike requires a $100 refundable deposit. This deposit covers but is not limited to any damage during the rental period. 
  • How do I pay my deposit and when do I get it back? ONLY a credit card can be used for the deposit. We DO NOT accept cash! All credit card refunds take about 1-7 business days to return back to your account.
  • Where does the tour take you? Our one hour tour takes your all around downtown while our two hour tour does the one hour route plus adds on Montrose, Herman Park and much more.
  • What discounts do you offer? We are proud to offer first responders and veterans 10% off for their service. Groups of 3 or more also receive 10% off (we do not stack discounts)
  • Do I have to reserve? We highly recommend that you reserve your rental online at least 24 hours in advance. We do accept walk-ins for freelance rides only. Tours MUST be booked in advance. 
  • How do I reserve? If you click on our home page there is a reserve now button. When you click on that it will reroute you to a booking website where you make your request based off of date participants and time. After we receive the booking request and accept it you will then have 12 hours to pay the balance or the system will automatically cancel the request.
  • How do I receive a refund? We do not offer refunds for any reason. If there is bad weather we will reschedule your activity for another day.
